Aryna Sabalenka
Sabalenka is Belarusian born in Minsk. The father of her Sergey (d. in 2019) was an Ice hockey player. Aryna Sabalenka was born on May 5, 1998 in Minsk Belarus. She has 12 WTA titles to her name in her career, including that of the Grand Slam of 2023 Australian Open. Doubles is an additional area in which she excels. It was the US Open 2019, and Australian Open 2021 were both taken by Elise Mertens. Also, she achieved her Sunshine Double in 2019, taking the WTA 1000 at Indian Wells, Miami and the Australian Open alongside Elise Mertens. This feat was made possible by four couples in female doubles. World singles rankings rose yet again, reaching its top position in January 2023. Following her victory at the Melbourne doubles event in February 2021, she was able climb the ranks to take the first spot for this particular area. Dmitry Tursunov coached her between 2018 until the close of 2019 as well as a portion of the early 2020. Dieter Kindlmann was her coach for a short time in August of 2020 until September. Antonio Dubrov has been her coach since the year 2020. Serena Williams is her role model, followed by Maria Sharapova.
